These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. They do not govern any credit facility, which is governed exclusively by the loan agreement executed between you and Kovid Finance.

  1. No offer to lend

    Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation or commitment to lend. All indicative amounts, rates, limits and eligibility results shown by the calculators and eligibility tools on this site are illustrative only.

    Every facility is granted at the sole discretion of Kovid Finance, subject to credit appraisal, satisfactory documentation, and applicable RBI directions. Final terms are those set out in the sanction letter, the Key Facts Statement and the loan agreement.

  2. Accuracy of information

    We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or omission. Rates, charges and product features are subject to change without notice.

  3. Your obligations

    You agree to provide information that is true and complete, and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could impair its operation.

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kota, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
